BAPE® Europe offers a 14-day return period for all unworn and unwashed items, provided they are returned in their original packaging with all tags and blue ribbons intact. Please note that certain exclusive drops and hygiene-sensitive items may be ineligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original BAPE® plastic bags and secure them in a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.
Attach the Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are completely covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your receipt for tracking until your refund has been processed.
